Due to the handmade nature of our melts, colors and patterns may vary slightly. Despite looking and smelling great, our products are not safe to consume. It is imperative that you keep out of the reach of children and pets. For safety, we recommend only using a 4 hour tea-light to warm our melts. It is important never to leave melted wax unattended, regardless of whether you are using a candle or electric warmer. It is possible for some fragrances to harm aquatic life. As a fully insured & CLP compliant business that does not test any of our products on animals, we strongly advise that you also check out our wax melt safety guide. Delivery Service
We offer flat rate shipping to the UK with Royal Mail Tracked 48 2nd class postage at £4.45.
Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days of receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends, UK holidays, and published personal vacation times). In the event that we are unable to meet our turnaround times for your items or we are experiencing delays with our suppliers or couriers, we reserve the right to refund your order.
Returns
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
